Letters sent out with a strictly confidential clause always tend to be interesting for many more people than the addressees. Last night, some Barak and Lenhoff victims represented by EFRI presumably received a refund offer from ING! As there are thousands of ING victims out there (a total of more than € 132 mio was processed by Payvision) and as we are deeply convinced that this offer  earns much more attention, we are just figuring out how to distribute it to tens of thousands of victims and will come back soon on this topic. But maybe it just was a further fraud attempt. As soon as we know more,  we will come back.
