Since 31 March 2025, EFRI is a qualified entity under the Austrian “Qualifizierte Einrichtungen Gesetz” (QEG) for cross-country procedures (see Decision on the Qualification and the Austrian Registry). EFRI is also accordingly listed in the European Registry.
