File Your Liquidation Claim

Please use this form to file your claim in the liquidation of the Swiss ENVION AG. By filing the claim, EFRI will become your authorized agent to handle your claim with the Swiss bankruptcy authorities.

Please provide the wallet address with your EVN token
Please provide the number of you EVN tokens bought in the ICO or on exchanges.
Within the Collective Claim Campaign EFRI collects claims for tokenholders and files the collective claims as the authorized agent for all registered tokenholders in exchange for a success fee of 15% for claims up to EUR 5,000 and 10% for claims above EUR 5,000. EFRI cares about the banking transactions (IBAN).
Single File Claims will be filed in the name of the respective tokenholder in separate transactions.

You are the rightful holder of EVN token issued by ENVION AG. By submitting your claim, you authorize EFRI to take the necessary steps to recover your funds.

How it works

  1. Provide Claim Data: Please provide your claim data with the claim form on this side. Your filing is free of charge.
  2. We check: Our EFRI team will check your claim and come back to you within 2-3 days.
  3. We confirm: upon successful check, we will confirm your claim via Email to the Email address you provided.

Afterwards we offer two different scenarios:

1. If you want us to act as your agent, we will care about the complete refund process and transfer your refund to your Bitcoin/Ether wallet, Paypal.. Participants in this collective procedure are charged with a success fee only. In exchange for our services, we receive a success fee in the amount 15% (up to € 5000,-) resp. 10% (more than € 5.001) of the proceeds received by the tokenholders ( No initial fees are charged).

2. In case you just want us to file your claim and provide the litigation court with your data including your IBAN-Code we will charge an initial fee of € 250,- (payable via Bitcoin/Ether or Fiat). Payment instructions will be sent via Email after confirmation of the claim.
